House worked with the world’s fourth largest cement manufacturer Cemex to merge the corporate cultures, following its acquisition of one of the UK’s largest extraction industries RMC Group, best known for its distinctive orange identity and cement mixers. Managing change was vital to maintain morale. House was best placed to provide continuity, having successfully developed many innovative corporate and internal projects for RMC.
